Healthy Community Food Systems aims for healthy food, healthy climate

Screen Shot 2015-12-30 at 9.30.20 AMHealthy Community Food Systems is a Colorado-based organization whose mission is “To help communities build healthy sustainable food systems through effective systems planning and development.” They work to ensure the health of food, along with the health of the soil, water, ecosystems, and climate that a food system depends upon. They also work to bring healthy, local food to schools, preschools, and Native American communities.
