“Francisco “Pancho” Layrisse is a postdoctoral researcher at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), Chair of Corporate Sustainability Management. His research explores regenerative and circular business models that restore ecosystems and foster social inclusion, with fieldwork across Latin America and Europe. Pancho also collaborates within research communities such as the Social Enterprise Knowledge Network and serves on the board of several social enterprises such as LemonAid/ChariTea to bridge academia and practice.
