“In 2019, I flew to Brasilia, the capital of Brazil, to train new facilitators. A new facilitator that I trained, Niraldo Nascimento, organized a presentation in the city legislature facilitated by Niraldo and me. Initially, we had a one-hour event scheduled, but the Q & A went on for an hour and a half! The audience was surprised by the urgency of climate action and some non-intuitive initiatives required to solve the climate crisis."

Eduardo Fracassi has facilitated almost 100 events using the C‑ROADS and En‑ROADS simulation models in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Uruguay. He leads the Climate Change Awareness initiative at ITBA, Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, where he also teaches as a professor. Eduardo has an entrepreneurial spirit, and he has created, marketed and delivered services for more than 70 local and multinational enterprises during more than 16 years.He has more than 7 years of experience in IT change management, turnarounds, and staffing. He has more than 8 years of experience in logistics, production, operations, and industrial engineering.
