Anna Sycheva is a climate educator with a background in corporate sustainability and a cofounder of LEAF – a game design company, specializing in educational games on sustainability.

Anna has delivered over 80 En‑ROADS Climate Action Simulations to companies in various sectors: FMCG, food, retail, energy, oil & gas, metals & mining, consulting, and banks. She has worked with the top management of the Fortune Global 500 companies, policy makers and leading NGOs.

Together with her cofounder Andrey Dyachenko she has developed customized versions of the En‑ROADS Climate Action Simulation to visualize the impact of their clients’ climate strategies. Those educational games helped to engage management teams in achieving corporate climate goals and fostered collaboration across departments.

Anna has run En‑ROADS Climate Action Simulations in challenging environments: with large groups (100+ people), both online and in person. She also has experience in hosting En‑ROADS events in a hybrid mode.

Anna has collaborated with a few business schools and ESG training providers to integrate the En‑ROADS Climate Action Simulation into their curricula.
