Jim Butcher of Morgan Stanley saw Peter Senge present the Bathtub Sim at the 2007 Tallberg Forum in Sweden and made a new and exciting connection. On one of those mid-summer sunlight-at-10pm Scandinavian evenings, he talked about his goals for educating (35,000!) Morgan Stanley employees on the need to reduce CO2 emissions and asked if the Bathtub Sim, though originally designed for students, might help with employee education in his firm.
Several months later, he produced this video, used it to engage his colleagues on emissions reductions efforts, and gave us this version to share with the world (Thanks, Jim!).
