As Associate Director of Engagement, Taylor focuses on building and sustaining Climate Interactive’s outreach and partnerships while supporting research and strategic communication efforts.

Taylor’s background spans climate and energy policy, strategy, and research. Throughout his career, he has helped governments and institutions integrate stronger climate risk management and resilience practices into their strategic planning and operations. He previously served as Research Director and Program Director for Risk and Resilience at E3G, an international think tank, and as Senior Research Fellow at Fors Marsh, a behavioral and social science research and communications firm.

Taylor has written and spoken extensively on a wide range of topics, including environmental security, geopolitics, and disaster resilience. He earned his M.P.A. in public policy and economics from the London School of Economics. He lives with his family in Washington, D.C.
