Steph Wilson serves as Climate Interactive’s Fundraising Manager. She supports development efforts by leading grant writing and reporting, managing donor communications, and strengthening fundraising operations systems. Steph plays a key role in advancing Climate Interactive’s mission by cultivating strong funder relationships and helping sustain the organization’s growth and impact.

Steph holds a Master’s in Energy and Sustainability from George Mason University and has over eight years of experience in fundraising and business development across the conservation and international development sectors. She is passionate about using strategic storytelling to drive action on climate solutions and equity.

Outside of work, Steph enjoys running marathons, training her dog in competitive obedience, and getting outside whenever possible—especially for hikes and long bike rides.
