ciglesias@climateinteractive.org

Clara Iglesias is a Project Manager on Climate Interactive’s Engagement team, where she spearheads the development of learning programs around the En‑ROADS Climate Solutions Simulator, which have reached more than 20,000 participants worldwide. She also supports the growing international network of facilitators and Ambassadors.

Serving as a bridge between Climate Interactive’s science and modeling team and its global user community, Clara helps shape new tools, features, and materials to maximize real-world impact. Her work translates complex climate science and systems modeling into accessible, actionable insights and learning experiences for decision-makers in government and business, educators, students, and beyond—ensuring that tools like En‑ROADS are not only scientifically robust, but also intuitive, inclusive, and impactful. Clara also oversees program performance and engagement infrastructure, including data and metrics systems, and automation workflows, to track reach, support facilitators, continuously improve program effectiveness, and inform fundraising and partnership efforts.

Clara holds a Master’s degree in Sustainability Management from American University as a Fulbright Scholar and a B.A. in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional del Litoral in Argentina, where she is based. Before joining Climate Interactive, she was a research scholar in nanotechnology and worked in the corporate sector in analytical and process-improvement in roles within the consumer packaged goods logistics industry.
