Tarik Meliani is an agricultural commodity trader working for Cargill, in Geneva Switzerland, handling parts of the Middle Eastern market. After taking an executive education class on Sustainability by John Sterman and Jason Jay at MIT Sloan, he volunteered to be trained as an En-ROADS facilitator. His aim to share it within Cargill led him to present En-ROADS to numerous key decision makers in the company including members of the executive team and the CEO. Tarik is passionate about climate change awareness and is currently working on creating an awareness project within his company as well as with the International School of Geneva. He received a Master’s degree in International Management from HEC Montreal and an Advanced Certificate for Executives from MIT.
