C-Learn Stella Installation

This version of C-Learn, built in Stella software by isee Systems, was created by Chris Soderquist of Pontifex Consulting. Its purpose is to teach principles of climate dynamics, not support detailed policy analysis. Its parameters may differ somewhat from the other versions of C-Learn posted here.
